Thats Instrument Rated Private Pilot to YOU!!

I finally did it. I passed my instrument check ride! This rating proved to be far more difficult for me that my private pilot certification. The nature of the Instrument rating allows for no margin of error. Do things correctly and you live don't and you could pay for it with your life. With so many things going on, and without using automation there are so many small steps that could lead to the last slip up you will ever make. This being said once you are proficient and take responsibility for the added challenge this can be an increadably usefully rating . I have since saved two training flights by being able to file IfR.
